When do you go to fuego ironworks

The building known as the Fuego Ironworks is itself an area void of wild Pokemon, making it much easier to traverse. There are, however, a trio of trainers to do battle with, and a fourth man to find in order to get a special item. The special panels on the ground in the Fuego Ironworks will throw you in the direction they're pointing, and you'll only be slowed down and stopped if you run into something solid.

This means that running into other special panels and the like will simply propel you further. In a general sense, you'll be heading in clockwise direction with some backtracking as you do battle with three trainers and find four items - a Burn Heal , a Fire Stone , some Rock Incense and TM35 , which will teach one of your eligible Pokemon the Flamethrower skill.
